We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design for client web and product projects, from research through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX research, wireframing, and user flows for new client projects
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma
- Partner with developers through implementation and QA
- Present design rationale directly to clients and iterate on feedback
- Contribute to and maintain our internal component library
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, agency or in-house product team
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end process (research to final UI)
- Advanced Figma skills, including auto-layout and component libraries
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
