WINS operates a marketplace directory that lists, ranks, and compares third-party web design, marketing, AI, and Salesforce agencies ("Agencies") to help businesses find a provider that fits their needs. WINS is not a party to any agreement you enter into with an Agency and does not perform the services listed by Agencies.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Rankings and listings are produced using the methodology described in our How We Rank Agencies page. Some Agencies may participate in paid placement tiers, which affects prominence but not the accuracy of the information displayed. Inclusion, ranking, or rating of any Agency is not a guarantee of quality, outcomes, or fitness for your specific project, and you should perform your own due diligence before engaging any Agency.
When you submit a contact request, requirement, or review through the Site, you confirm the information is accurate and grant WINS permission to forward it to the relevant Agency and to use it to operate and improve the Site. We may moderate, edit for length, or decline to publish any review or submission at our discretion.
The Site links to Agency websites and other third-party resources we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
The Site and its listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WINS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your engagement with any Agency found through it, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All Site design, text, graphics, and underlying code are owned by WINS or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, including any agency account, at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WINS Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
