We're hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to scope and deliver GenAI-powered solutions for client businesses, from initial discovery workshops through production deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Run discovery workshops to identify high-value GenAI use cases for client businesses
- Design LLM-powered solutions (chat assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation)
- Work with engineering to prototype and productionize solutions using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
- Advise clients on responsible AI practices, data privacy, and model evaluation
- Present findings and roadmaps to client leadership teams
Requirements:
- 4-7 years in AI/ML consulting, solutions engineering, or applied data science
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and RAG architectures
- Strong business communication skills -- comfortable leading client workshops
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
