We're hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to lead technical SEO audits and evolve our clients' content strategy for both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
Responsibilities:
- Run technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, indexation)
- Build content and schema strategies optimized for AI Engine Optimization (AIEO), including FAQPage, HowTo, and JobPosting schema
- Own keyword research and content gap analysis across client verticals
- Report on rankings, organic traffic, and AI-citation visibility
- Collaborate with developers on implementation of technical fixes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in technical + content SEO, agency experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
- Working knowledge of schema.org structured data and how AI answer engines parse it
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients
