We're hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to design enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures for our client engagements, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and technical architecture for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
- Advise clients on Data Cloud strategy and Agentforce/AI feature adoption
- Oversee integration architecture between Salesforce and third-party systems
- Guide and review the work of Salesforce developers and administrators on each engagement
- Own technical relationships with client stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including architect-level engagements
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect or System Architect preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns (MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills
